All requests for places at LightHouse Camp must be submitted on the LightHouse Registration Form to be considered for the initial prioritisation process.

Programs and sessions offered to parents will be in accordance with the following admission criteria:

Children must at least be of school age (age 6 and above)

Complete and submit the camp admission form, consent form and questionnaire on our website

Please provide us with copies of the following recent reports (within the last ... years):

a. Psychological or Neuropsychological evaluation
b. Therapist report(if your child is in therapy)
c. The social/emotional section of a recent review

4. Please complete and submit the parent(s) payment method form and accommodation plan form (if requested)

5. Upon receipt of the above materials, Lighthouse will contact you and an initial telephone interview will be arranged and or a personal meeting may be requested

6. Once our interview has been completed and we are satisfied that your child/children will find success at Lighthouse camp, you will receive an invitation for enrolment.
